Dr. Kyle C. Lauck is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon specializing in the precise treatment of skin cancer, advanced facial reconstruction, general dermatology, and cosmetic dermatology. He approaches every patient with the same goals: remove cancer completely, preserve as much healthy skin as possible, and achieve a natural, functional result. Dr. Lauck completed his dermatology residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, where he served as chief resident. He then pursued an intensive fellowship in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology at Cooper University under Naomi Lawrence, MD. His fellowship included extensive training in complex reconstruction, and daily management of complicated and challenging skin cancers. A highly active clinical researcher, Dr. Lauck has authored more than 50 publications, including over 30 focused on Mohs surgery, dermatologic surgery, skin cancer, and reconstruction. His work has examined surgical safety, antibiotics and infection risk, complex wound repair, rare skin cancers, and outcomes in high-risk patients. He received the American Academy of Dermatology’s Everett C. Fox Memorial Award for outstanding resident research and the overall Grand Prize at the Kerecis Aurora Awards for a novel approach to surgical reconstruction. Dr. Lauck welcomes routine and complex tumors, prioritizes clear communication about treatment and pathology. In addition to skin cancer surgery, Dr. Lauck offers thoughtful, individualized cosmetic care. His training includes neuromodulators, hyaluronic acid fillers, biostimulatory injectables, laser and light-based treatments, and chemical peels. His aesthetic philosophy emphasizes safety, subtlety, and results that help patients look refreshed while still looking like themselves.
